“ It's good but not perfect. Amazing location (a bit far to get to though), amazing venue, great service and a concept well deserving Michelin green star. Food was good, well presented, but as for lunch (4 courses), too small. Dinner and 8 courses would make more sense given the size of portions. Wine pairing was so-so, but the best one was a surprise local apple wine served with dessert. As for dessert, rhubarb and white chocolate - there was a lot of white chocolate, lot of strawberry mouse and a tiny bit of rhubarb. Disappointing ”
